Administrative

- General office management - day to day administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow up on the superior instruction - Manage superior schedules, appointments and meetings - Attend meeting with superior and follow up on progress assignment(if necessary) - Prepare correspondence : emails, quotation, minutes of meeting, etc. - Provide management and administrational support to all superior - Knowledgeable in the use of MS Word and MS Excel. Electrical Engineer

- To pick up quantities of materials required & prepare all related project document (MOS/Technical Submission/Drawing). - Attend all coordination meeting & reported to Senior - Preparing preventive schedule and follow-up. - Analyze preventive work issue, take preventive action and corrective measure at site. - Ensure sufficient all materials and equipment in store. - Prepare daily and monthly report. - Plan jobs allocating to supervisor and ensuring all works done as per planned. - To maintain all the equipment calibration as per requirement. - Monitor and supervise team work performance Extra benefit: - Remunerative Bonus - Allowances / Incentives - Company Trip

Electrical Technician

We are looking for an experienced Electrical technician to evaluate, assemble, and maintain electrical systems in equipment which are predominantly portable. The electrical technician does not design electrical systems but will identify potential problems in design. To be successful as an electrical technician, you should be able to read electrical system design plans and recommend improvements, as well as calibrate instruments, and diagnose faulty equipment. Electrical Technician Responsibilities: - Reading, Plan and prepare work orders or instructions utilizing blueprints, sketches and drawings - Ensure accurate and apt completion of all protective maintenance duties. - Install, maintain and repair electrical, electromechanical and electronic parts of machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus. - Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus. - Supervising electricians. - Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment. - Evaluate electrical as well as troubleshooting problems. - Able to provide daily report, testing report and necessary report Other Benefit: - Remunerative Bonus - Allowances / Incentives - Company Trip
